I've heard about soldiers being persecuted for wearing nazi symbols on their helmets recently. That sounds good, doesn't it?
The neonazis are getting more and more numerous and dangerous, at least in my town. A couple of months ago they stormed a pub near my ex-school, beat up everyone inside, and cut a few people who tried to stand up against them. Before that I've heard about a guy stabbed by them to death for protesting against their ideology.
(Which is strangely stupid for people who claim to have IQ over 88, take this for example: http://americannaziparty.com/ But I don't judge people depending on what they believe. Earth being flat and a center of universe isn't too breathtaking either.)
Well, with all due respect, the guy probably wasn't much bright, most people would see that coming if they provoked big, drunk, aggressive guys armed with knives. Of course that doesn't mean the nazis don't deserve a death sentence for this. Anyway, we are getting too paranoid in my opinion. If Adolf Hitler wasn't born, would the World War 2 not happen? And if the World War 2 didn't happen, would this be any different? Would those nazis be nice people and just apologize, maybe give him a hug, and walk away? Of course not, for god's sake! Assholes are assholes, whatever the excuse for it.
Now it's forbidden to have nazi symbols anywhere. But I'm still not getting it why. Why isn't it forbidden to have Roman symbols too? Does anyone think their invasions were peaceful and they were friends with everybody? They burned cities to the ground and destroyed temples, killing everybody inside. Including pregnant women and children. But I guess if something didn't happen in last 50 years it doesn't count. Has anyone else seen a movie about British concentration camps in africa? Oh, sorry, I forgot - British people are the Good Guys and Africans are the Bad Guys and they're black! So it doesn't count either.
Yes, now I see it, it's a great idea to persecute everyone who happens to say Adolf Hitler or have a nazi symbol tattooed on him. From now on, let's refer to Adolf as "He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named" or "You-Know-Who." And in historical movies we can use pirate skulls to replace the Hakenkreuz.
